Fiber and vitamin-rich foods: The toxins and other harmful agents causing your acne can be flushed out of your body by eating the right foods for a specific period of time, usually a couple of weeks to a few months.� Foods rich in vitamin c, such as apples and oranges coupled with foods rich in fiber, like prunes, plums, raisins, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and multi-grain bread or brown rice, will all help work out those pesky acne-causing agents in your skin.

3.
