Looking for a Diet for Acne that Really Works?

Have you been trying lots of different acne products to get rid of those painful bumps all over your face, back, and chest?� Are you trying to get your self-esteem back up where it belongs, but are having a heck of a time doing so when all you see every day in the mirror is a face covered in acne?� Well, I'm here to tell you that I've been there (and have some scars to prove it), but that with a little help from a diet for acne, I am now almost completely acne-free, with the exception of some minor flare-ups once in a while.� What would you think if I told you that you could do the same?

1. I added vitamins to my diet: I take 50 mg of zinc in addition to 1000 mg of vitamin c, every day.� I've been doing so for a couple years now and have had nothing but success in keeping acne off my face.

2. 3.
